• Assist onboarding and training of team members in their area.
• Serve as go-to expert for designated process categories in-store.
• Maintain efficient operations and high productivity on the floor.
• Ensure products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans.
• Promote participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales.
