CGH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ATFM Analyst / Strategist to join the FAA's PERTI program, providing operational analysis, advanced planning, and customer support for NAS constraints and traffic management. Based near the Washington, D.C.

corridor, the team operates in a mission-critical, 24/7/365 environment. The role collaborates with FAA personnel, meteorologists, field facilities, and aviation stakeholders to develop and communicate strategic planning content, webinars, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical discipline preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in an Analyst/Strategist or related role.
• Experience in time-sensitive aviation or operational environments is preferred.
• Ability to review, interpret, and communicate operational information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support OPS and PERTI webinars.
• Review and analyze OPSNET, NAS Daily, and other reports.
• Analyze weather products and data to develop PERTI planning content.
• Coordinate with FAA personnel, meteorologists, and aviation stakeholders.
• Prepare daily NAS activity summaries and planning materials.
• Provide training and mentoring to NTMOs.
