• Experience: 1-3 Years.

Responsibilities

• ATE setup and Testing using Advantest 93k V93000/Advantest Verigy 93K 93000.
• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred.
• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages.
• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems.
• Operating Thermostream for characterization.
• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing.
• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment.
• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.
• Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards.
• Linux is must to have.
