Job summary

Wipro in Utah is seeking a technically skilled engineer to support ATE setup and testing for Advantest/Verigy systems. You will execute data collection for SOC packages, assist with hardware checkout, and operate Thermostream for characterization.

The role requires Linux proficiency, VLSI board design expertise, and 1–3 years of related experience. Eligible for standard company benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Linux is must to have.
• Experience: 1-3 years in related role.
• VLSI board design expertise required.

Responsibilities

• ATE setup and testing for Advantest Verigy 93K 93000 systems.
• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred.
• Execution and data collection for SOC packages.
• Support testing, program and hardware checkout using ATE/SLT.
• Operate Thermostream for characterization.
• Minor tweaks of load-board setup to enable testing.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.
• Maintenance – logistics, storage, tracking of load boards and test sockets.
