SiTime Corp. is seeking production support for ATE final test operations. This role leads day-to-day operations of the automated IC testing and tape & reel production line for custom orders and engineering samples.

The position tracks yields and ensures timely order fulfillment. It is not required to meet all job requirements to qualify. Join a precision timing leader focused on high-throughput, quality production.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree is a plus.
• 0–2 years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MES software, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel for production logs.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run production machinery (ATE test handler loading).
• Load device trays into automated test handlers; monitor jam rates; perform basic maintenance to maximize throughput.
• Inspect dies, bonds, and leads under microscope for cracks or solder bridging.
• Record yields, scrap, and test data in MES/ERP; flag low-yield lots to quality and engineers.
