Altera Corporation seeks an ATE Solution Test Engineer to deliver scalable, high‑quality test solutions for wafer sort and final test. You will standardize methodologies and optimize production test across Teradyne and Advantest platforms, shaping test programs from NPI through production ramp.
You will collaborate with Design, DFT, Validation, Reliability, Package Eng, Manufacturing, and OSAT to ensure successful product execution and cost‑effective test.

The ATE Solution Test Engineer is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class ATE test solutions that are scalable, high quality, and aligned to product needs. Our mission is to standardize and simplify methodologies and flows, enabling predictable, fast, and consistent Test Program (TP) releases. In addition, we will deliver test hardware designed and optimized for production across all FPGA products.

Salary Range (Bay Area, California Only): $118,900 - $172,000 USD. Incentive opportunities based on individual and company performance.
