Wistron Infocomm Usa Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an ATE ICT/MDA Team Lead to oversee the technician team responsible for automated test equipment. You will drive issue resolution, coordinate troubleshooting, and implement process improvements to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires strong knowledge of ICT/MDA test systems, board-level debugging, and prior leadership experience. You will mentor technicians, report status to management, and ensure equipment reliability

Competenze

This role requires leadership in coordinating troubleshooting activities, guiding engineers and technicians, and implementing process improvements to maintain stable manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ICT/MDA team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance.Oversee troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of production line issues.Ensure test equipment reliability and minimize impact on production throughput.Coordinate with engineers to execute corrective actions, process improvements, and technical escalations.Develop and enforce procedures for ICT/MDA test equipment operation and maintenance.Support daily production activities and ensure stable manufacturing operations.Train and mentor technicians to strengthen team capability in debugging and troubleshooting.Report team performance and equipment status to management, escalating critical issues promptly.QualificationsHigh School DiplomaStrong knowledge of automated test systems (ICT/MDA).Proven experience in board-level debugging and troubleshooting.Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Working ConditionsWork performed in both office and manufacturing environments.require working in production areas, observing test stations, and performing hands-on troubleshooting.Exposure to electronic components, test equipment, and ESD-controlled areas.
