Job summary

PenBay Technology Group seeks an experienced Air Traffic Control Instructor-I to join the Controller Training Solutions team in Nashua, New Hampshire (ZBW Boston ARTCC), supporting FAA training services.

The CTS Instructor-I will deliver quality instruction to a range of students, mentor RPOs, and contribute to curriculum design. Strong ATC system knowledge and classroom instruction certification readiness are required, with a part-time schedule and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of five (5) years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic at Nashua, NH (ZBW BOSTON ARTCC).
• FAA CPC certification and ability to obtain Instructor-I certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction to a wide variety of students.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators as needed.
• Participate in curriculum design and development for training programs.
• Train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers.
