Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to oversee deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems across customer sites nationwide.

The role involves hands-on surveys, diagnosing issues, and repairs, while ensuring equipment meets strict performance standards. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 95% and be within an hour of a major airport.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Telecom cabling, electrical, mechanical, or construction-related projects.
• Ability to travel up to 95%.
• Short notice domestic and occasional international travel.
• Eligibility for FAA and government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight in deployment, installation, and maintenance of ATC systems across customer sites nationwide.
• Conduct system surveys, diagnose and repair issues, ensure equipment meets performance standards.
• Collaborate with contracting partners and clients, representing the company in a visible support role to drive customer satisfaction.
