Job summary

Arion Care is hiring an ATC Coordinator to support the Attendant Care Monitoring team. This remote role focuses on accurate documentation, payroll and compliance tasks, and maintaining our high service standards.

You will organize records, respond to internal communications within one business day, and assist with payroll/vehicle tracking while collaborating on special projects. Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to pass a background check and obtain a valid DPS fingerprint card.
  • Comfortable learning new software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Must have a reliable home workspace and childcare arrangements (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Keep things organized: manage records, reports, and documentation to support compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee and member records in line with standards.
  • Communicate professionally: respond to internal communications within one business day and ensure follow-up.
  • Support payroll, vehicle compliance tracking, and day-to-day administrative needs as directed by the ATC Manager.

  • Work independently: manage time well in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

About the Role

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education and/or experience in education, social work, disability services, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to pass a background check and obtain a valid DPS fingerprint card.
  • Comfortable learning new software and working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Must have a reliable home workspace and childcare arrangements (if applicable)
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with databases or data tracking systems.
  • Experience in remote administrative support roles.
  • Understanding of AHCCCS, DDD, or other human services compliance standards.
