We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join USCIB’s ATA Carnet team as a Carnet Associate. In this role, you will provide operational support for USCIB’s ATA Carnet issuance and claims administration functions. Responsibilities include processing customs documentation, preparing claims correspondence, maintaining accurate records, supporting carnet issuance activities, and assisting with various departmental processes and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in international trade documentation and the ATA Carnet system while gaining exposure to claims administration, customer service, and carnet issuance operations.
Salary and title are commensurate with qualifications and experience. The salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $60,000. USCIB currently requires in-office work Tuesday – Thursday, with WFH option on Mondays and Fridays.
