Location and Role Overview

At The Lytle Park Hotel, we seek a passionate hospitality professional to operate the Hotel switchboard, providing five-star service. The role involves handling guest inquiries, operating communication systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Benefits include free parking or a monthly bus pass.

Responsibilities

  • Operate PBX switchboard to connect calls.
  • Answer, screen, and route calls efficiently.
  • Record guest requests and ensure completion.
  • Operate radio and relay messages.
  • Manage wake-up calls and guest welcome calls.
  • React to emergency situations and coordinate communications accordingly.
  • Maintain communication systems and handle guest messages and inquiries.
  • Assist with hotel operations and emergency procedures.
  • Review daily hotel events and provide guest information.
  • Report technical issues and assist with dialing instructions.
  • Process paperwork and complete daily surveys.

Qualifications
