Overview

The Lytle Park Hotel offers you a choice of Free Parking or a Free Monthly Bus Pass!

We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to serve as an At Your Service Agent. The Expert will operate the hotel switchboard, maintaining five-star service standards, and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel and dining information, directing calls as needed.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Using PBX switchboard to connect calls.
• Answering, screening, and routing calls efficiently.
• Recording guest requests and ensuring they are fulfilled.
• Operating the radio system for in-house messages.
• Inputting wake-up calls and making welcome calls to guests.
• Reacting appropriately to emergency situations.
• Utilizing PBX and front office computer systems.
• Handling all telephone communications properly.
• Coordinating emergency communications with fire and response units.
• Understanding and executing hotel emergency procedures.
• Accepting and distributing messages for in-house and expected guests.
• Reviewing daily hotel event listings.
• Providing general hotel information to guests.
• Reporting telephone issues to the Front Office Manager.
• Assisting guests with dialing instructions.
• Processing charges from outside operators and ensuring timely billing.
• Completing paperwork during off-peak times.
• Maintaining a neat work area.

Qualifications
