Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates in West Des Moines to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required) and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long shifts in a high-traffic store.

Responsibilities

• As a Retail Sales Associate, work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services.
• Engage customers, identify needs through consultative selling, and educate on wireless options.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Keep visual merchandising standards and brand compliance; collaborate with team to maximize store performance.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
