Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Anchorage, Alaska. You will engage customers, explain wireless options, and drive sales in a high-traffic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
