Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Must be 21 years of age or older (required for driving responsibilities)

Part-time hourly position.

Hours

Summer Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm

School Year Hours: Monday thru Friday 3:00pm - 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive, consistent relationships with teens aged 13-18.
• Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and activities focused on life skills, academic support, and personal development.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and support tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
• Uphold the Club's values and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Drive students home at the end of the day in a Club vehicle (must be 21+).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required for driving responsibilities).
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in social work, psychology, education, or related field preferred.
