Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care, based in Florida, is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist (ST/SLP) to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patient homes across Lake Wales. You will evaluate and enhance clients' communication abilities, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ speech, language, and hearing abilities.
• Conduct assessments including OASIS evaluations.
• Develop and revise treatment plans.
• Collaborate with team members on care plans.
• Educate clients and families on therapy techniques.
• Document evaluation data and client progress.
• Supervise Home Health Aides as needed.
