• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safe practices
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare values
