Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is dedicated to helping medically complex children thrive at home, school, and in their communities. As a nurse, you will deliver one-on-one pediatric care and support families in their own homes.

We offer 12-hour shifts with overnight scheduling, day rotation including every other Saturday, and comprehensive benefits to support your professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN or RN.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
