Job summary
Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking compassionate pediatric nurses to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes and schools. We offer flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time, part-time and PRN roles.
As a PHS nurse, you provide skilled nursing, monitor conditions, administer medications and therapies, and support families through education while maintaining accurate documentation and following individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
- Trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
