Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Nowata, OK. Earn $13.50 per hour with daily pay options. Join a team focused on dignity, comfort, and quality of life, with paid training and growth opportunities.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility and daily activities, prepare meals, and support clients with errands and transportation as needed. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
