Elara Caring is urgently hiring for Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) positions in Tahlequah, OK. The role provides compassionate in-home care, including personal support, mobility assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping to improve clients’ quality of life.

Earn starting pay of $13.50 per hour with options for daily pay and paid training. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team help you grow professionally while making a real difference in the community.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
