Visiting Angels of Claremont is hiring At Home Caregivers to serve clients across the Upper Connecticut River Valley, NH and VT communities. Earn $18–$22 per hour with flexible daytime shifts and opportunities for training and growth.

As an At Home Caregiver you will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life in their homes.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes at scheduled times.
• Physical endurance for lifting groceries and assisting clients.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background check).
• Compassion and desire to brighten the day of each client.

Responsibilities

At Home Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table
