The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a security/engineering field, AT Level II certification, 3+ years in AT/FP or security roles, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a security or engineering related field.
• AT Level II certification is required with preferred CPP/PS credentials.
• 3+ years of Anti‑Terrorism/Force Protection or security experience.
• Working knowledge of DoD AT/FP regulations (DoDI 2000.16) and UFC 4-010-01.
• U.S. citizenship is required to work on federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide CMS for pre-construction and contract administration.
• Travel or relocate within the Pacific Region for up to 1 year.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders on security design.
• Deliver AT/FP support on construction and infra projects per standards.
• Conduct Threat and Vulnerability Assessments across project phases.
• Review security design criteria and access controls per UFC 4-010-01.
• Coordinate with federal agencies and law enforcement for compliance.
• Participate in design charrettes and site reviews to mitigate risks.
• Verify installed security systems and on-site AT/FP inspections.
• Support commissioning, training, and handover documentation.
• Prepare risk assessments, inspection reports, and incident procedures.
