Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional in Middletown, OH to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants. Responsibilities include instrument maintenance, electrical systems, and calibration planning for reliability of operations.
The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to mentor others. Travel up to 50% may be needed to support multiple facilities and ongoing reliability initiatives.
Perform maintenance activities tosupport the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants.This includes reliability performance data, project management, process /equipment optimization, engineering design, procurement, risk assessment, andreliability best practice.
Hourly Rate: $38.00 - $48.00
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise supportfor or lead
Work in a safe manner and comply withOSHA and The Company Safety rules.
Responsible for maintenance and installation of all fieldinstruments
Responsible for process control computers and electricalmaintenance at all The Company facilities
Operates and controls equipment used in an air separation plant.
Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification
Maintains quality control and quality assurance equipment,including process analyzers and gas chromatographs - Install, maintain,adjust and repair manual, pneumatic, electric and electronic measuring,recording, and regulating instrumentation.
Maintains calibration standards, including inspection, testingand measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders , rebuild pumps,clean coolers, help with rotating equipment rebuilds. Perform routine andnon-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.
Works with management team to schedule calibration andpreventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategicquality goals. Assists in the training and development of otherswhenneeded
Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves,motors, and other plant equipment, when required.
Reliability best practice development and complianceenforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies),
Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting(reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.)
Reads and interpretstechnical drawings and manuals.
Ability to research, select and negotiate purchases for suitableplant equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings andmanuals - Statistical and analytical skills.
