Qualifications

• Sixty undergraduate semester hours required.
• Two years of experience in public speaking, conducting public activities, or teaching.
• Computer skills include word processing, email, presentations, and internet use.
• Ability to work as a team member, independently, and on overlapping projects.
• Competencies include accuracy, decision-making, communication, initiative, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct programs for public and private groups, in person and online, and assist with community activities and events.
• Greet visitors, respond to reservation questions, assist in Gift Shop as needed, and perform janitorial or related duties as required.
