Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• At least 2 years of patient recruitment experience in a clinical research setting.
• 2+ years of experience with EMR and EDC systems.
• Experience supporting regulatory efforts.
• Training in HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements.
• Training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Ability to perform accurate and timely data entry for clinical research.
• Experience with regulatory processes and documentation in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chart reviews using EMR to identify and pre-screen potential participants.
• Perform phone screenings to assess eligibility and interest in asthma studies.
• Enter data accurately for study-related information and ensure data integrity.
• Schedule and confirm participant appointments; send reminders and coordinate visit logistics.
• Verify study data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the study team.
• Process recruitment leads and manage follow-up activities to support retention.
• Assist with regulatory filing activities and maintain regulatory binders.
