Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in assurance or accounting related role.
• CPA license or ability to obtain CPA in a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead assurance engagements, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Mentor assurance team members including associates and interns.
• Maintain excellent project management skills and multitask effectively.
• Serve as a client contact and communicate project status and questions.
• Review engagement procedures for accounting basis and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review workpapers and engagement documentation.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Stay current on assurance and accounting standards and apply improvements.
