• Strong understanding of audit standards and financial reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex assurance projects, audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures.
• Apply GAAP/GAAS knowledge to evaluate audit risks and guide strategy.
• Plan engagements by budgeting, staffing, and scope management.
• Mentor and train team members; provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor project progress to ensure productivity and profitability.
• Review workpapers and audit programs for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare client communications and governance letters as needed.
• Develop proposals for new assurance work and fee structures.
