Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of progressive public accounting experience in assurance services.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and AICPA auditing standards.
• Proven experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assurance engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engagement teams with technical guidance.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy.
• Develop and manage engagement budgets and monitor profitability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership with actionable insights.
• Evaluate internal controls and financial reporting processes for risks.
• Collaborate with other units to identify cross-service opportunities.
• Stay current on accounting and auditing standards and apply guidance.
