Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA license preferred (or working toward certification).
• Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Put accounting and auditing expertise to work across a variety of client engagements.
• Take ownership of day-to-day engagement activities and ensure top-quality results.
• Spot issues, solve problems, and share insights to strengthen engagements and client relationships.
• Drive performance improvements by recommending smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Build strong client connections through direct communication and trusted guidance.
• Lead and mentor assurance staff when serving as In-Charge and support team growth.
• Participate in budgeting and project planning.
