Boulay in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our team. You will assist our internal team with financial reporting for clients, perform compilations, reviews, and audits, and communicate findings clearly with clients and engagement teams.

Essential functions include planning engagements, determining sample sizes, coordinating client files, and mentoring junior staff while working with supervision.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of Public Accounting or general accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GAAP and of audit, review, and compilation standards.

Mansioni

• Perform compilations, reviews, and audits of financial statements.
• Review workpapers for completeness and accuracy on audits and reviews.
• Coordinate and oversee initial preparation of client files and engagement letters.
• Discuss and explain accounting transactions with clients; identify potential risks.
