Boulay is seeking an Assurance Manager to lead audit, review, and attestation engagements for a diverse client base in the Twin Cities metro area. You will oversee engagement teams, review financial reporting processes, and mentor staff while maintaining high-quality client service.

The role requires CPA licensure and 6+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on delivering timely, accurate results and fostering a collaborative team environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 150 credit hours.
• CPA licensure required.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement procedures.
• Proven ability to supervise, delegate, and review work of staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit, review, compilation, and other attestation engagements for clients across industries.
• Develop engagement plans, timelines, and team assignments.
• Review workpapers and client deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues and guide teams.
• Identify risks and collaborate with Partners to deliver client service.
• Build client relationships and serve as trusted advisor on financial reporting.
