Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Healthcare practice. This role can be based in St. Louis or Kansas City and involves planning, leading, and executing assurance engagements with a focus on client service and quality.

You will work closely with clients and decision-makers, assess internal controls, and guide a team to deliver insights and compliance. Required is a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years of audit experience; CPA eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

How you'll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role:

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.
