Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) invites applications for an Audit Senior in the Healthcare practice, with options to base in St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO. This role requires leading assurance engagements, coordinating client service, and mentoring staff across engagements.

Earned CPA eligibility is preferred, with at least 2 years of audit experience. CLA supports comprehensive benefits and a path to partnership within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
