CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join the Community Development group in Baltimore. This hybrid role involves leading audit engagements, mentoring staff, and delivering exceptional client service while helping the firm grow.

The Community Development team works with CDFIs and real estate clients to advance development and impact. In Maryland, the salary range is $80,000 to $120,000 with a discretionary bonus and generous time off as part of the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• CPA certification or eligibility required.
• 3+ years of assurance experience; experience with CDFIs, NMTCs or real estate is a plus.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and develop others.
• Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or Inflo is a plus but not required.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join the Community Development team in our Baltimore office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

Join CohnReznick's Community Development Audit Practice as a Senior Associate. You'll lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to firm growth and operational excellence.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• CPA or CPA eligibility.
• 3+ years of assurance experience, experience with Community Development Financial Institutions ('CDFIs'), New Markets Tax Credits ('NMTCs') or real estate is a plus.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and develop others.
• Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or Inflo is a plus but not required.

In Maryland, the salary range for an Assurance Senior Associate is $80,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
