Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our NY Metro team in a hybrid capacity. This role supports the Commercial Services Industry Group, serving middle-market clients across Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing & Distribution sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Industry experience in Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing & Distribution preferred.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; CaseWare or ProSystem FX experience.

This position will support our Commercial Services Industry Group. CohnReznick's Commercial Services Industry Group focuses on serving clients in the Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing & Distribution sectors. The group works with middle-market and growth-oriented companies, providing integratedadvisory, assurance, and tax services tailored to the operational, financial, and regulatory challenges these industries face.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackGain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

In New York, the salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $85,000 - $140,000.

Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
