CohnReznick, a leading Professional Services and Business Advisory firm, is expanding its NY Metro Assurance team in a hybrid role. As an Assurance Senior Associate in the Commercial Services Industry Group, you will lead engagements for middle-market clients in Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing & Distribution sectors.

You will manage pre-engagement planning, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, guide staff and interns, and coach team members.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA licensure achieved or eligible.
• Experience with CaseWare or ProSystem FX audit software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Lead pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans and budgets.
• Illustrate budgets and schedules for engagements.
• Participate in proposals and client communications.
• Manage staff and interns; provide coaching and feedback.

This position will support our Commercial Services Industry Group. CohnReznick's Commercial Services Industry Group focuses on serving clients in the Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing & Distribution sectors. The group works with middle-market and growth-oriented companies, providing integratedadvisory, assurance, and tax services tailored to the operational, financial, and regulatory challenges these industries face.

YOUR ROLE.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

In New York, the salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $85,000 - $140,000.

Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
