Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate in the United States. This role involves leading client meetings, performing audit procedures, and managing all phases of engagements with accurate workpapers and financial statements.

You will analyze balances, prepare statements, and ensure compliance with auditing standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, travel as needed, and active participation in training and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required).
• 2-4 years of audit experience (required).
• CPA license or working towards obtaining CPA license (required).
• Knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines by prioritizing work.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate with team members, clients, stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
• Willing to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze client information to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Coordinates various activities to meet client needs within a specified time frame.
• Train and delegate tasks to staff based on availability and experience.
• Conduct fieldwork at client locations as necessary.
• Network, build relationships, and attract new business to the Firm.
• Attends training seminars, professional development, and networking events.

A typical day in the life of an Assurance Senior Associate may include the following:

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required).
• You have 2-4 years of audit experience (required).
• You have a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or working towards obtaining CPA license (required).
• You have knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively share ideas and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
• You are willing to travel as needed for client engagements.
