Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Iowa team with locations in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, working closely with clients and decision makers to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA exam eligibility preferred, and about 2 years of audit experience. CLA is committed to supporting your professional growth and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

How you'll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role:

What you will need:
