Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Senior, Healthcare to join our Iowa practice in Des Moines or Cedar Rapids. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements for healthcare clients, collaborating with management to ensure high-quality service and timely deliverables.

You will review financial statements, assess internal controls, and communicate results with clients. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA eligibility, and at least two years of audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role:
