Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) in Minneapolis is seeking an Audit Senior to lead and execute assurance engagements for a diverse client base. This role provides exposure across industries and a pathway toward CPA certification, with collaboration across client service teams in a supportive culture.

In this position you will plan, supervise, and perform audits, assess internal controls, and build client relationships while guiding junior staff. Minnesota location; competitive compensation listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

• Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00
