Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and project staffing, billing, and profitability.
  • Network internally and externally to attract new clients and projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's preferred.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Extensive experience (13+ years) in financial statement audits, with a proven ability to build a client book.
  • 5+ years of supervisory and mentoring experience.
  • Strong management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
