Job summary

CLA seeks an Assurance Director/Manager to join our Non-Profit practice in Massachusetts. You will lead client engagements, supervise audit and financial planning projects, and help clients obtain funding to advance their missions.

This role requires a CPA, at least six years in public accounting with audits, and experience leading teams. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits as part of CLA's culture of growth and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in public accounting with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• CPA license required; government and single-audits experience preferred

How you’ll create opportunities in this Assurance Director/ Manager role:

What you will need:

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams of high performing people and managing governmental audits and Single audits strongly preferred
• CPA license certification is required.

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $112,000.00 – $187,000.00
