Job summary

CLA is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join our growing Non-Profit practice in Massachusetts. You will lead client engagements, oversee engagement teams, and help clients meet audit and financial planning objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a CPA license, at least 6 years of public accounting experience focused on financial statements and audits, and a track record of leading teams and managing government and single audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams of high performing people and managing governmental audits and Single audits strongly preferred
• CPA license certification is required.

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $112,000.00 – $187,000.00
