Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join our Healthcare practice in St. Louis or Kansas City. You will lead and develop client relationships, oversee audit engagements, and mentor staff.

You will manage time budgets, deadlines, and communicate progress to engagement principals. CPA license is required; six+ years in public accounting with emphasis on financial statement audits is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams and managing governmental audits and single audits preferred.
• CPA license certification is required.

• Assist clients with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives by using a range of tools.
• Be creative with staff development, mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams.
