You will serve as the primary client contact, manage multiple engagements, and oversee budgets and timelines while upholding US GAAP standards. A CPA and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6–8+ years of public accounting assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with Engagement/PFX or Suralink or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for multiple clients.
• Plan engagements, including staffing, timelines, and risk assessment.
• Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Oversee engagement workflow, budgets, and deadlines.
• Serve as a primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Mentor and develop staff while leading engagement teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development.
