Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting
• Pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting preferred
• CPA path or credits in progress

Responsibilities

• Participates in a structured on-the-job training program and become familiar with GAAP and GAAS
• Becomes familiar with BDO audit methodology to assist with various stages of the audit process
• Provides support functions to the audit staff during engagements
• Communicates with clients' customers, creditors, banks and related parties concerning audit issues
• Prepares and documents work in working papers using BDO templates
• Contributes ideas to audit teams and responds to teammates' views
• Completes one assigned accounting or audit research project and presents findings
• Other duties as required
