Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Experienced Associate to prepare financial statements with disclosures, apply GAAP as needed, and document, validate, testing, and assess client internal control systems.

You may contribute to reviews and agreed-upon procedures engagements, work with audit teams, and develop knowledge of internal controls, GAAS, and professional standards while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics/statistics required or CPA eligible.
• Master’s in Accountancy preferred.
• CPA certification or eligibility helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements with disclosures and apply GAAP as needed.
• Document, validate, test, and assess client internal control systems.
• Support reviews and agreed-upon procedures engagements.
• Contribute to audit planning, testing, and reporting under GAAS.
