Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 5–12 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage assurance engagements, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality client service.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Lead meetings with clients and ensure client satisfaction through quality service.
